Neither, the Intel Core 2 Duos are the best out right now.

the opteron single core i think are the best for gamming i dont see anything special about dual cores i wish i had never bought the ones i have the opterons have been the best

i wouldnt sweat it ... get one you can afford... the processor almost never is a limiting factor these days ... a dualcore is a nice feature to have though no matter which brand you go with...
