(or 3NaOH + FeCl3 --> 3NaCl + Fe(OH)3)

both are double displacement reactions. (or metathetic because the ox. number of the elements does not change).

Double Displacement occurs
NaOH + CuCl2 --------> NaCl2 + CuOH
NaOH + FeCl2---------> NaCl2 + FeOH
