No they don't have FM tuners built-in...They have add-ons now.

No, iPods do not come with an FM tuner - but yes, you can buy an FM tuner accessory made for iPods.

The product is called the Apple iPod Radio Remote. Address for the product on the Apple website is provided, in case you want to study that or buy it.
