when u excersize a lot can your period be more lighter?

Absolutely- as the previous user said, some have no period. Exercise will not only assist in a lighter flow, it also increases the natural chemicals in your brain- endorphins, inspire you to be at your creative best, more energy, less cramping, etc.

Yes. Women who are trained athletes sometimes fail to have a period altogether.

I dont think it will be lighter, but the cramps may not be as bad.

I don't believe so, but it sure will help alleviate the cramps so you have fewer problems on that score.
