When you upgrade your phone thru cingular do they charge the phone to your bill or do you have to pay online?

IF you are upgrading online the only charges you are responsible at the time of order is for equipment and shipping and handling. The upgrade fee is the other thing you will normally incur and that charge is billed to your next monthy bill. Just look in the adjustments,credits, and other charges section...
