Don't know if this is the song you're looking for, but there was a young girl group called Voices that came out with a song in the early 90's called "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!" And, if I remember correctly, Tia and Tamera Mowry of the show "Sister, Sister" were originally in the group (and were in the video for this song), but they soon left and were replaced by two other girls.
