Thats funny, in a dark sense of humor way. (I like it) Yes you should be able to sue him for failure to produce results per the suicide contract (provided that assisted suicide was legal).

You can sue him, but you can't win. In order to commit malpractice, a professional must underperform at a profession. Assisted suicide isn't a recognized profession, so no professional liability. You could probably get him for attempted murder, though, by making some sort of argument that you were under duress, or he held influence over you. And you could definitely press criminal charges. Somehow I get the feeling that this is a theoretical question, though.
