Good question. I would send my kids to Hogwarts, without a question. And on weekends, I would send them to South Park Elementary for enrichment activities. :p

If you got rid of those vile Slytherins, whose only purpose seems to be to provide cannon fodder for "you-know-who", I would say Hogwarts. Otherwise, it might be a very Nietschian experience for them to be at South Park. I would warn them away from Kenny, of course...dangerous kid to be around.
