If you call stupid the lowest 1/3 of the IQ range, then about 100 Million.
If it's all that act blonde, then maybe 150 Million.
If it's all tha think they're really smart but aren't, then 200 Million.
If it's anyone that isn't in, or able to qualify for membership in MENSA, then it's 284 Million.
