I have TREMENDOUS acne with this pregnancy. I feel like im a teenager again!! I had clear, great skin with my first two who were boys. So, just out of curosity, has anyone had clear skin with boys, but had crazy acne with a girl??? I think i'm trying to talk myself into this one being a girl :)

It could be. Do you also have a decreased sex drive? I've heard being pregnant with boys make you horny, because of the male hormone.

OK i did the same thing, my skin was terrible so i guessed baby had to be a girl. but i had my scan and nope hes a boy!!
i even got the lady to check again coz i was sure he was a she coz my skin
she laughed and checked again but nope hes a little boy.
sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear but i remember thinking the same thing .
all the old wives tales say im having a girl!!! they were right with my other 4 kids just not this 1

It may be a girl for you, but I have really bad acne and I am 20 weeks pregnant with my first child and just went for my ultrasound and it is definitely a boy so I don't think acne can tell you the sex but good luck hopefully you get a girl.

There are quizzes you can take online that help you know if your having a boy or girl.search on yahoo for gender prediction quiz(for entertainment only of course)Just wait for ultrasound or birth.As for me I have two girls and had no acne.

My face and hair were wonderful when I was pregnant with both my boys. Now this time I look awful. But I still have a feeling it's a boy. :)

My skin went nuts when I was pregnant w/ my son. When I was pregnant w/ my daughter it was Fab. But I guess it would go w/ the wives tale if your looks go its a girl: she is stealing your beauty.

same thing happened to me.i have 2 sons and my skin was clear.this pregnancy i broke out everywere!and i am having a girl.my husbands grandma said that you have harsher features when its a boy and because i had softer ones she said i was having a girl.she was right
