I am not sure how you protest it, but here is some info on contesting a will:

It's rather complicated--so first, you'll need a lawyer.

You'll need to bring him or her some evidence of why the will would be invalid. Was it signed under duress? Was the signee incompetent when he signed? Was the will notorized and witnessed?

Wills are tricky and there are a lot of ways they can be invalidated. Above are the most common, but run it by a lawyer to look into it.
