My friend is working on a creative writing project. If you were hiding your soul somewhere that you NEVER wanted it found....where would you hide it? It can be in different pieces and therefore different places.

I would hide it in somebody else body. Like a the body of a new born baby whose parents I knew would always love and protect him.

Somewhere into the deep forest, inside a rock: that would never perish and will emotionlessly exist for a long time and never suffer the intricacies of life - yet, it will be surrounded by life: huge trees, rain water, wild animals, and small birds. yes, i would hide in a that rock.

I'd break it down to the quantum level and hide each quark and each electron in a different atom inside my pet poodle.

I don't think breaking it up would help - you just provide more opportunities for it to be found, assuming that losing any part loses it all.
The oceans are largely unexplored and unreachable. I would go for deep in the bottom, assuming we are limiting ourselves to somewhere on earth.
