Personal favorite, probably "London's Burning" by the Clash (or damn near anything else from the Clash). A more respected opinion though might be something like "The Weight" (The Band), "Stairway To Heaven" (duh), "My Generation" (The Who) etc. But back to personal favorite it would have to be anything from the British punk movement in the 70's (The Damned, Sex Pistols, Clash) or from America anything by The Ramones or Johnny Thunders & The Heartbreakers .

not my words but the great song ever was "stairway to heaven", by led zeppelin said in the song "tribute" by Tenacious D (jack black's group) look it up it's a wicked song, and so is "stairway to heaven"
