If it is an empty space, vacuum - nothing happens.

If there is any substance at that point - well it will burn, explode or whatever else it can do to releaze the energy.

Its hard to focus anything at a point in spacetime, b/c that fourth dimension of spacetime, namely time, is constantly flowing away from the point, rendering it inaccessible.

The three spatial dimensions can be held very constant, but not time, of course.
