In the field of R&B there a quite a few hits out right now. If you like to get up and move I would suggest: "Sexy Back" by Justin Timberlake, "Fergalicious" or "London Bridge" by Fergie, "I Need a Boss" by Shareefa, "Everytime the Beat Drop" by Monica. Some of the stuff thats a few years older is good too like: "In da club" or "Candy Shop" by 50 cent. "You Know What" by Avant, and other artists as well: Lil John and the Eastside Boys, Ying Yang twins, Ludacris, Snoop Dog, Eminem, and many more. Just kinda depends on what mood u in. Hope any of these help

Orion is my favorite Metallica song. But since you like Enter Sandman, you'd probably like anything on their Black Album. If I had to choose songs of that album, I'd recommend "Don't Tread on Me","My Friend of Misery" and "The Unforgiven".
