A security bar that requires no installation such as drilling holes. A bar that could be wedged in place to keep the window from opening if someone tryed to push it in from outside.

Anything that you could wedge in could be easily wedged out, ergo not much security. What's the problem with drilling holes and doing a proper job of it?

If you mean an alarm that you "wedge in" to the opening, then yes there is such an item. It's on the idea of a spring loadd shower rod. It has an electrical contact onone end and if the pole is moved it breaks the contact and sets the alarm off. They are usually only available from an alarm company as far as I know.
