I agree with Sam B. IHOP and Denny's or any other 24hr coffee shop are great places to study. Just purchase something to drink and maybe a dessert or some fries, and no one will bother you. The waitress may come over and give you refills every now and then but that's about all the distractions you should have. Those places don't get too busy until after 2 am, so good luck on your exams. I've got one monday as well.

Do you live in the university dormitories? They might have an academic lounge, which is basically a room with couches, chairs, tables and nothing else to distract you! Otherwise the university library is open late (at my uni if you're in the library before closing you can stay all night, but nobody can enter after midnight). I tried to study at the zoo today but ended up covered in hippo poop (honestly- see my questions to get get the whole story!).

If you're on a large college campus, the library is probably open 24/7. That's an option. Also, 24 hour restaurants like IHOP are well lit and can offer you a continuous stream of coffee. They're usually reasonably quiet at night, too.
