I want to break up with my bf. I dont want to but it seems i might have to. I really dont want to get hurt and i know i am falling in love with him... He is in the army the next three years which sucks but ya know... it cool he my american soider! But i dont know what to do cuz i know i falling for him and i am scared i dont want to get hurt again! If you are breaking up with him because there are reasons that you haven't shared, then perhaps you should. But what I am seeing, is that you are suffering from a personality issue that is based in a strong fear and inability to trust. It seems that you are breaking up with him precisely becuase you are falling in love with him. Think about this logic.
If the only reasons you are contemplating this breakup are the ones you've specified, I would search myself long and hard before I went through with it. I would spend several hours contemplating what I would be giving up, what my life would look like without him weeks, months, and years into the picture.
If you are afraid that he will die in the war, which he might, sadly, consider how you will feel if you break up with him and he dies. You probably will greatly regret losing that time you could have spent with him. Consider how horrible it would be for him to lose you, and to die or become seriously injured. Is this a possible but not statistically terribly likely scenario. Yes. However, better to face it, continue the relationship with the soldier you love, and risk losing him, then to later regret that you didn't continue it. Also, imagine how you would feel if you reflexively break up with him, he lives through his tour, and you have lost him because you afraid to face the reality of war,

Use the 3 years time to better yourself as a person then, take it from there. You will be amazed at just how much you then, will see things. He is doing a very honourable thing fighting for our (not "his") country. He sounds to be very noble. He will welcome you with open "arms" when he arrives home after his tour of duty. He will need you !!! Being a woman (girl) in any relationship requires a certain amount of vulnerability. The trouble is, that some guys exploit this vulnerability ... all relationships are a gamble involving men. I'm a male ... I know; I have friends who use girls and I don't like it.

ANY ONE BECAUSE YOU WILL EVENT ALLY FALL IN LOVE
