My husband & I are having a debate, I say we gain an hour, he says we lose one. Which is correct?

Clock moves back to 1:00AM, so you gain an extra hour, presumably of sleep.

Yes, you gain an hour by setting your clock back one hour. If you set it forward, then you lose an hour.

u gain and hour so its 12:32pm in houston tx right now so it's 10:32am your california time so is the Titans game on at you house now too

You gain an hour.
"Spring forward, fall back".
At 2am, it will become 1am (falling back an hour).

we lose one,so if it is 9:00 it would be 8:00
