Couldn't you just wait until you get home? if I was your boss I would fired you. I think you are very unprofessional. Sorry to say. If I was you I would just have a meeting with him on monday. Promise him you'll never ever do something like this again in the office, and ask for another chance before he terminate you.

Go straight up to him and say that you're sorry. Tell him that you love your wife very much and it was just a 'heat of the moment' thing. Say that this won't happen again and you realize that it was very unprofessional of you and repeat that it will never happen again. Also make sure it doesn't happen again. By the way, unless he's cool about things like this...you might lose your job so be mentally prepared and know that this time, you're in the wrong.

Don't say anything: a) because you were with your wife, b) although it was the office, you didn't cause harm to anyone, c) office policies would not have covered this aspect anyway.
Answer your boss only if he asks for an explanation.

You could so get fired for this abuse of company property. He has it over you. Your only hope is that he is understanding and either keeps quiet about it or tells you how wrong it was and not to do it again or else. Sheesh, how could you let yourselves get caught anyway!

Be calm about it. In your heart you know that it wasn't right. Don't say anything because you could be fired! Just let it play out, let him say what he needs to say. You'll be fine don't worry.
