Define "fine" more clearly.
If it's dress and formal wear you want, you can buy a great suit or tuxedo for as little as $200, a shirt for $30, shoes for $60, tie for $20, and accessories at inexpensive prices too. Quality doesn't have to cost a lot to be good.
If you want designer labels, you can spend $2,000 or more for a suit, $1,000 for a pair of jeans, $500 for sneakers, $1,000 for dress shoes, $200 for a tee, (you see the pattern yet?)
To get a better idea about how much designer clothing can cost, browse around a high-end retail store on line. Find what you are looking for in styles, then decide if it's worth the money, or if another less expensive label that's just as good in quality will work for you.

it depends on if you want to buy a suit, or sport fine clothes.
the prices would rise depending on the designer you choose, there are some fine clothes, but look weird, it is not elegant, there are some that are elegant and very attractive, let´s say you would like to look in that kinf of clothes, with a suit. buying in a store utilizing good offers, and good shirts, lets say about 150 per shirt, 250 for shoes, suit it depends on the cut, the size, but let´s put it expensive about 2000 dollars, well there are expensier, but let´s put a belt, depends on the designer, there are ones that cost about 200 dollars, let´s say 3000 dollars. fine but expensive,, some people buy suits that salvatore ferragamo, is very good. but all prices depends in what state will you buy it, time of year, and season. and occasion for.

Depends what you define as 'fine clothes'. If you're talking higher end luxury brands like Gucci or Versace, it could cost well into the thousands.

$5 at the Good Will. Take a marker and write a brand name on the clothes.
Or, you could just hang out with people that are not shallow.
