What are some reason you think abortion is wrong?

A baby's heart starts to beat at 18-22 days after conception. A lot of people believe that women should be able to kill their baby up until 24 weeks, but a baby CAN live as soon as 23 weeks. There are people that are on waiting lists for adoption for years because they cannot have children of their own. If girls/women would choose adoption instead of abortion these waiting lists would be almost non-existant.

A child's life is being taken because some people have no self control. There are soooo many people that would LOVE to adopt a baby, and would be so willing to pay every bill the pregnancy has \ and would love a child with no bounds, why choose the easiest way out when you can protect the little baby you made, and make people's day!

I believe it is wrong because it has become a form of birth control. For some rather than being responsible they just use it for their convenience. Also, persons I know whom have had abortions have gone on to have other children, which makes me ask- How do you pick and choose what child lives and what one doesn't?

I so believe in the right to choose. I think it can be a sad situation and that's what i think is wrong about it. If someone feels forced into having an abortion, i think that is wrong. Otherwise it's a womans perogative.

good question and i can talk about this all day long but im going to make it shot, the reason i believe its wrong is becuz if you go out there and have sex you can get pregnant SO you need to take care of what you created! people who dont are sick, for 1 they kill a person, and yes it is a person 1 week in the womb becuz EVERYONE was in a same spot before, you me everyone had to start some where. when a sprem get to the egg and if fertalized its a PERSON!!!!!!!!!! so people who have abortions kill a child, lower them-selves, and are completly SELFISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i hate abortions, the stupid lazy hoes cant take care of their own responcablity need to be punched in the face.

It's bad if you think it's bad for you. Despite this stand I take I find myself judging people who even say that they thought about aborting the baby because it was inconvenient. It irks me. And that being said I still support the medically necessary abortions 100%.

Well, I suspect that there is only one main argument against abortion, which is the argument that a fetus is a living person. And terminating the life of a living person is morally wrong.

I mean its the persons choice but i personally cant live with wondering if i extinguished someones soul. obviously we cant know for certain if our soul is present at conception.. or if we have one at all.. but as a spirtual person the only way abortion is a choice is if medically it would kill you to have the baby or cause you to have life long illness..also if the babies healthy would cause its qality of life to be less then amazing. Abortion is a personal choice and its not the choice for me, but i dont judge the people who have them. that's their job.. to know they perhaps squashed a life that would have been beautiful.

When someone is forced against their will to have an abortion. Otherwise, I believe in a woman's right to CHOOSE.
