What is that supposed to mean?... If you brestfeed....
What is she a bad horable person for not doing it. Maybe she pumps...
Babies should be allowed to drink as much as they want. In some cases they will drink until it literaly fills them to their throats. Just be carefull if she does drink alot especialy if it is formula to stay away from an iron fortified one as it will cause constipation and could cause unwanted weight gain. Talk to your Dr. if you have any questions about the feeding amounts. Even ask the pharmacist they know alot about what to give babies and what not to when it comes to formula and vitamins.

If you are giving her formula, the box indicate the amount of milk you need to feed him..
5 ounces is too much for a month old baby, she will just vomit it.. Do not let her to motivate you.,,She is crying not because she still want more, she just want to have something to suck on her mouth. Sometimes pacifier helps.
Do not overfeed her..because her stomach is not yet fully developed.
I feed my son every 2 hours with 2 ounce and make him burp when he is at that age.

You can try to give her more. She will let you know when she is full. All babies have different eating habbits. The charts that the doctor has is a average. She is young and you will soon know her eating habbits. Feed her and enjoy her at this age she will go up very fast. My daughter is 14 months already. (She also like to drink alot.)

Go for it, they know how much they need. If you were breast feeding you would not even know how much she was getting. Now if she starts eating every second call the doctor, but yes add a ounce or 2 to her bottle

It's probably a growth spurt. I'd give her an ounce or two more and see how she does. 4 - 6 weeks is typical growth spurt age.

My doctor has told me to feed my daughter until she is full. However, how many times a day you are feeding your one month old, could have something to do with it. Are you feeding her every 2-3 hours?

does she spit it back up?? if so she is probably overeating ask your pediatrician he may let you put a little dry cereal like baby rice cereal in her bottles. One thing I learned is that if a baby has a tummy ache they keep eating because that is there soothing security. I find that the gas drops you can get for baby help with a tummy ache. ask the health nurse if you dont have a pediatrician

I would say if she wants it give it to her...you could also try putting about a teaspoon to a tablespoon of rice cereal in her milk. (I've done that before with my kids at work). If you dont feel to safe about that ask her pediatrician.
