i am 14 and my weight is up and down in the morning i will weigh 103lbs and in the afternoon i will weigh 99lbs and then at night ill weigh 100lbs. What should i eat?

there is no need for you to eat anymroe than you are that wont make a difference that is all normal as you eat you will get heavier but when you well use the bathroom you will get a little lighter its normal for your body to very wieght throuhgtout the day as long as its not more than about 5 pounds dieffrence if it gets worse i would tell your mom to ask the doctor.

I have noticed some weight gain in my husband since he started eating right before we went to bed. I work until 9 at night and then I have to come home and cook. I have not changed what I cook, but since I started cooking later, he is gaining a little weight. Try eating right before you go to bed. That way you are not doing anything to burn the calories. Then maybe you will start gaining a little weight.

it's natural for your weight to fluctuate that much in one day. If you are eating a balanced diet, there is nothing wrong with you... It's not healthy to weigh yourself more than once a week, it can drive you crazy and develop an eating disorder. If you are really concerned, talk to your parents and have them take you to a doctor.

well, you are still young. Your weight is ok, but later you might have to eat a little more fried food, and then tone down those exercises! Do not put on a lot of weight though!

The best way to gain weight is to have mid night snacks. Eat around half an hour before you go to bed. Have insant noodles. That will pump you up.

Ice cream every day, milkshakes, peanut butter, ect...
You want to eat high calorie foods and don't forget fatty foods.
When the stars gain weight for roles they do this!

at 14 this is actually a really good weight. if you need muscle mass try drinking "carnation instant breakfast" for snacks and eat lots of fruit. also be sure you drink lots of water.
