Jobs that I would like, ask that you have 2 - 4 years, but how do you get these jobs, when no one hirers, without experience, for example, working in an art gallery/museum? even as a docent (tour guide) you need experience

why don't you tell them, why they need experience?and why they would not give you chance to have that experience,and not what you saying it is how you saying and may will give you the job,because that they see you as ambushes.

if you have time tell them you would work for free if they would train you and do it as long as there showing you things alot of times they would hire you because you would be loyal
