Hi,
There are a few mouse pens out there. The most used line is Wacom. In the Wacom line there are several levels. Starting with the "Graphire" series. These are a tablet, mouse, and pen. The tablet, does not show the image on these, so you have a bit of a learning curve, watching the monitor while drawing on the tablet below. The next step up is the "Intuos" line, which are the same idea, but better resolution, more pressure sensitivity, choice of tablet sizes, and more options. These are the most commonly used pens. (including me) Going upward in options and cost, is the "Cintique" line, Which DO have the image in the tablet, again with choice of sizes. Then the idea goes up to a dedicated computer, which is solely to work with the tablet/pen.
prices? (buckle your seat belt) Starting at about 100.00 for the "Graphire", 400.00-1000.00 for the "intuos", 1800.00 and up for the "Cintique" to "the sky's the limit" for the dedicated computers.
My adviceis, unless you're a pro, start with a "Graphire" 3x5 tablet, learn to use it, and then if you, as I have, find that you can't live without it, go on to one of the bigger ones.
Go to Wacom and have a look! www.wacom.com

It's called a tablet pen. It works with one of two types of tablet - one of which uses a standard tablet that does not show the screen-picture, the other of which is actually a monitor on which you can draw. There are also tablet PCs which are available at places like Circuit City, Best Buy, etc.

Expect to pay $100 and up for a small tablet (with pen) and considerably more than that for the tablet PCs.

you could try comp usa if you have one in your area or a best buy if not in stock they may can order for you. But it is best to stick with computer stores. You have more of a chance to buy one there.
