It depends on the girl, if she likes you and you write a romantic poem for her , she'd be nuts not to like it , no matter how corny it is . If she likes you she probobly wouldn't think it was corny. But if you were to write poems putting a girl down you would probobly not get too good of a response.

I think there are two cases that a girl wouldn't like a poem written for her. 1 she's stuck up or 2 the poem was creepy. So avoid stuck up girls and creepy lines like "I like to watch you from the bushes" and I'd say go for it.

Most girls I know love poetry. They do not think it is "weird or gay" at all when a guy gives them a poem. It's much more impressive than a cheezy pick-up line we have heard a million times before.

Yes girls like poems written about them. However, they also want the poet to be able to verbalize his feelings in person.

only if they like you already. if they barely know who you are it can come off as real creepy to be so personal.
