my body; not from my underarms either, more like seeping from the pores on my arms and chest. I do smoke but this is not from smoking, or at least it is not a smokey smell, I know what that smells like. It is sort of a burning the nose smell, even my kids have noticed it. I am 35, what the hell is this?

Sounds to me like you need to have your sugar checked. People with diabetes often have an odor because of the disease. Just make an appointment to get a glucose screening test. It's not painful and it'll be worth finding out. Best wishes!

Spontaneous Combustion? (people catches on fire by itself -- there were true cases of it).

If you are very concerned, see a doctor -- it might be worth looking into to check out what's happening with you.

eating alot of garlic? that is one of the first things that comes to mind...that stuff will just permeate from every pore.
Other than what you are eating I really couldn't tell you.
Ask your Doc.
