It takes a little practice, but its called lucid dreaming. Before you go to sleep, tell yourself that you are going to wake up in any dream you might have. After awhile you will. At first its difficult to stay focused and it slips away. I learned that by concentrating on my hands when things started slipping, I could maintain and interact with the dream after a few months. After that I became very good at controlling the subject matter of the dreaming itself. I quit doing it because it scared me. I loved to be able to fly as I often did in dreams, but it is very scary when you look in a mirror and see a stranger's face.

Not sure about that but I know if you write them down immediately upon waking you have a better chance of remembering the dream. Have you ever woke up and briefly thought about the dream and then later in the day you can't even remember what the dream was about?

I dont think u can control them. when i dream i usally been able to realize that im dreaming by seeing somethin strange happen in it. u can remember a dream if u tell the dream out loud to ur self right when u wake up. also keep talking about it tell it to friends and such. but i doubt u can control ur dreams.

DREAMS ARE PART OF YOUR SUBCONCIOUS, SO CONTROLLING THEM PROBABLY WON'T HAPPEN. TO REMEMBER THEM, IT IS HELPFUL TO EITHER WRITE DOWN OR DRAW THE FIRST THING U THINK OF WHEN U WAKE UP. IT WORKS. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!
