i have a lot of homework on h+ ions and oh- ions and i really don't know how to do it and im lost.

for example:
student swith h* ions will gather in a designated area. students with models of oh- ions will move about randomly in another part of the room. your teacher will "add" two h* ions at a time to the "solution". how do you think these ions will ilnteract? how can you and your classmates represent this interaction?

also.. what molecule was formed from h* and oh-?

can you please tell me what they are?

sure. no problem.

h+ and OH- forms H2O.

well, when you add H+ to water, it forms a solution with H3O+. then it will react with OH- to form 2 H2O.

does that make sense? ok.
would you mind telling me what is this for? it seems like HS.

H + OH--->H2O. H is an acid, OH is a base. Together they have 0 charge.
