From the calculator the E stands for 1 x 10^n.

It is the calculators way of writing scientific notation.

So e+06 means 1 x 10^6. Thus for our example, all you have to do is move the decimal point 6 places TO THE RIGHT.

So -2.4267e+06 becomes -2426700.
