I feel like i've gotten really complacent lately...like the past 2 weekends i've just been really lazy - sitting around watching tv and going on the computer when i should be studying or going out with friends. It's like i want to stop being lazy, but i just don't feel like putting forth the effort. And yet, I have this problem where if I'm too busy, I just get wayyy too stressed out and run myself into the ground. How can I find a happy medium between lazy and busy?

get a planner that gives you space to write in for EACH day. write down what you want to accomplish or do whether it be work or pleasure related. then scratch it out with a huge line when you've completed it. seeing it down on paper and seeing a bunch of stuff you know you need to do but you've blown off may make you see if from the outside and make you want to get up and do it. it works for me. seeing like 10 things scratched off it one day makes me feel great! and i write down important things of course but even the smallest things like email so and so, call sprint, check balance, etc. you'll feel good about yourself when you see yourself not wasting precious time. good luck

I think you have an addiction that is taking over your life and you need help. You have over 650 pts this week so far... And you are on level 5 and you started YA just 2 weeks before me.. I'm on here when ever i have free time...you have too much free time it seems.

You should use your addiction to your advantage. Use it as a reward. When you study set a timer for an hour for study. Then give yourself and hour on YA and then go back and forth between the two.

Call your friends on the phone. Make plans and go out with them at least once a week or at the very least every other week. If you want keep track of questions you think of to ask on YA while you are out with your friends. Keep a note pad in your purse. And then ask the questions when you come back to YA. Also, going out with your friends and studying will help you be better at answering and asking questions on YA.

I'm super lazy too but recently I've been pretty strict with my diet (fruits, protiens, green veggies, and definitily no junk food or soda) and it's had a big effect. I have constant energy throughout the day and relaxed and tired at night. And it's not like I'm bouncing off the walls like you've had three Red Bulls....just a good feeling.

I really don't want to be the "eat this eat that" diet guy...blah blah blah...but it's having good results with me.

You have already taken the first step. A big one!! You admit it! Just make a list of three things for tomorrow.
One. Clean the bathroom.
Two. Finish homework in one subject.
Three. Laundry.

(Just what ever you can come up with.) When you accomplish one thing it will give you ambition to do the next. Good luck!

Why subject yourself to stressful situations? It's better to be a couch potato. Enjoy. Just learn to live with it. Go make a sandwich and turn on tbs. Scary movie three is on right this minute!

Set goals set goals set goals and then give yourself those little rewards that make life just a little fun. Lazyness is easy to get into but hard to get out of, but you can it just takes hard work....lol...sorry.
