I'd wear a cute skirt and a dressy shirt. Try to wear something cute but classy because so many girls go to those concerts looking slutty just trying to get attention. If you look classy yet hot, you'll stand out more.

Forever 21 has clothes you can buy online and some of the shirts are as low as $13.00. Their sizes run small and only go up to large.
