I can't play a game on yahoo canasta under my I.D. I get error code 999 I can play under hubby I.D.?

Log on to yahoo mail 1st then go to games.This by-passes my yahoo main page and gets you around the 999 error. If you get the error,log off games then go to mail.try again..the error 999 is falsely posted by yahoo.
