If they are in plastic 'jewel' cases, put them in a small box. You can get one of these boxes at the UPS store, or FedEx Kinko's. Ship from there also, should cost between $14 -$20, if your sending it domestic. If the CDs are in floppy-type cases, get a padded envelope, it should cost less that way also.

You need to weigh them, if you're sending them Media Mail, then you can find out the rate. Or you can send them flat rate Priority Mail for $8.10 no matter what they weigh.
