No, it is not possible to change the gene by injecting antibody.
The reaction can be contained or minimised, but the genetic constitution of the mother or father cannot be changed by such treatments.

it is not possible to change the Rh factor...only restriction of antibodies against incompatible Rh is possible.

Hi:

The production of Rh factor (or the absence of it) is genetically determined. Antibody treatment will not alter the genetic makeup of an individual.
