KMnO4 + NaOh > KOh + NaO4

is it right and what is O4

No, it's not right.
You don't have Mn on the right side of the equation.
The last molecule in your equation would be NaMnO4.

So there isn't an O4. Rather there is an MnO4 ion, which is "permanganate."

no.. patassium is much more active than sodium, but the reaction would not be complete.. Assuming complete reaction :
KMnO4 + NaOH > KOH + NaMnO4.
You didn't capitalize the hydrogen and you left manganese out of the right side of the equation

i don't know if it is right but i think O4 is oxygen 4
