Are you still anorexic? Start there. Are you naturally thin with a high metabolism? Most of my life I had irregular periods & all those men gynos never said what could be goin' on (You know how men tend to ignore you & not answer your questions as if you don't need to know or you're being silly? *******!) When I switched to a female nurse practitioner she was amazing! We talked & talked about all kinds of things that a male doctor would'nt give me the time of day for...so refreshing & empowering! PS The first thing she told me about irregular periods was that is common in smaller women (different from anorexic) simple! Why could'nt one of the stupid men have given me that answer instead of prescribing meds to regulate it?PSS I still suffer from depression & anxiety & I'm well past menopause!!

Honey, you need to talk to your doctor. If you are not eating right or having emotional issues, it can effect you.

I see a Chriopractor that specializes in Kiniesioligest to take care of my female issues. My gynocologist could help me no more, and she has helped. There are doctors that you can see that can see you after school lets out.

The scary thing is that it can be something else. Remember that everything that happens now affects the rest of your life. You need to take care of yourself. You have to go to the doctor.

Stress and depression can impact the way that our bodies work. It can throw your hormones off track a long with many other things.
It sounds to me like you need to see your doctor again even though you don't want to.

im sure the doctor has told you that if your period comes regularly it is a since of good health...maybe that you are anorexic that it is an indication that you are not healthy...it seems like a good idea to go seek help on your diet...then maybe everything will be better.

Hormones are funny critters and anything can disrupt their cycling. Your best bet is to at least contact your doctor and try to discuss it over the phone.

Go to your doctor if you don't have your period. Try not to worry about it until it does/doesn't happen. Stress can cause missed periods too. Please keep yourself healthy and mindful of your anorexia. Good Luck.
