Because it makes us feel very sexy..and very feminine. When we express this in our choice of outerwear it is often conceived as inappropriate, attracts the wrong kind of attention, and gives completely the wrong impression.

because, Brian, we want to feel sexy to ourselves, even if we're not dressed in some very revealing clothing. ... sometimes, it's not all about impressing men with our outerwear, we need to feel it inside as well...
