I'm not very computer smart -- was just wondering --- how do you deal with malware/spyware? thanks

I use Ad aware SE. a firewall program called Zone alarm, a Good Virus checker with Anti-Spy built in and i do not reply to any e-mail I did not send or ask for. If someone I know sends me e-mail, I call them and then open it.

I had the same problem. Didn't know much and downloaded everything in sight. Plus I was stupid and gave out my @ to every software hacker.Then had a computer full of viruses. After paying heaps for Techo's to clean my machine I bought and paid for Nod32 and problem solved. Also I no longer download everything in sight, and no one gets my @
