Wait it out and let him know how you feel eventually. Most relationships don't last very long. Wait them out and who knows, you may discover someone else who is better matched for you in the first place.

Okay first find out if he even knows that you exist. I'm not trying to be funny but sometimes you can like someone and and they don't even know it. If you have a GOOD friend and that friend knows this boy then get her to introduce him to you. That will be
a start. Now if you already know him then find out what he is interested in so you can make conversation with him. Who knows you might be interested in the same things. This is a start now take it from here..................

if he likes another,leave him alone.there is a mr.right out there for you,and time will tell,believe me!!! the other girl may turn him down to,and that`s when you make your move,but don`t jump in too fast.give him time to notice you,and if he doesn`t,there`s more fish in the sea(old saying from way back)best to you!!!!!!
