Yes it is possible that you are getting sick, however you should check with your doctor only because I was having the same thing I would get these horrible pains in my lower abdomen like a bad crampy feeling, anyway after alot of testing it came out that I had a bulging disc in my lower back that was pinching a nerve and giving me displaced pain...I was able to take care of my back pain and the cramping abd. pain without surgery but it took several months...I am just happy that we were able to find out what was going on..they did an L-spine MRI and found it..hope this helps.

Have you ever had Kidney stones? Because when i had mine my back hurt really bad and i felt like my stomach cramped and then i got sick to my stomach. The next day i woke up with kidney stones.

You may want to shop for a special bra for large breasted women. It is specially made to fit you.. As you didn't mention which part of your back specifically, must we presume you are referring to your upper back?
