You may not be able to gain weight. Look at your family history. If that's not a problem you need to eat 6-7 meals a day. Eat 120 grams of protein each day. More protein does not mean better. Try to consume as many calories as possible without making yourself sick. Eat calorie dense foods. For weight lifting use free weights and do multi-joint lifts (i.e.,squats, deadlifts, benching movements etc.). Cardio only do twice per week for 20 minutes. Be sure to change-up your routine every 3-4 weeks. Cardio do different machines and or exercises(running, biking swimming).

first remeber that you can not change your genetic make up- it may just be in your gene pool to be a thin man. Anyways I think protein and complex carbs may help along with some exercise. cardio and weights.

also speak this over with your doctor before you start any new diet or exercise program. Ask him/her to run blood work and do and overall evaluation. just to check blood pressure etc. this test can revele certain types of foods that you should be including in your diet that your body presently may not be getting also- take a daily vitamin.

good luck

and give it some time if it doesn't happen overnight- your only 15 with a long road ahead of you
