cingular feature...internet not working?

okay, i just bought a feature called "media basic bundle" just about half an hour ago, which includes wireless internet, email and downloadable usage, and also 400 messages.

i tried using the internet, but it says "connection failed"..and when i tried sending a pic to my email address,it said "connection failed"..

is this normal in the first hour that you buy the feature? i have a LG cu500...

call 611 from your phone they can help. it may take longer than 1 hour for new service to go through
