Macauly Caulkin says the actual adress in the movie, when he's talking to Santa. - - - Lincoln Blvd, I forget the #s. It is Winnetka, and it is a private residence. The neighborhood is not gated so you can drive by. Go during the day, it's a heavily wooded darker neighborhood. Sorry, no tours.
