They might ask questions like: Why do you think that you would be good for this company? If you had a problem with a coworker, how would you solve it? How do you define trust? What are your positive and negatives about your self? These are questions that our company asks in interviews. You can ask the interviewer about pay, benefits, shifts. Do some research on the company and ask them questions about the company. They love that! Good Luck

It depends on the post you applying for. However the more common I have come across is :
1) Where do you see yourself with the organisation for the next few years?
2) Why do you want to leave your previous company ( For job hopper)
Before the interview, do a bit of homework by finding out the company profiles and know what sort of industry they are in. On the day of interview just dress appropriately, give firm handshake and smile to the interviwer. Always remember that you need to answer to the point and not beat around the bush
At the end of the interview, if you wish to ask a question, you may asked them when can you expect a reply from them. The most important thing is to take note of the interviewer's name and send him/her an thank you letter.
All the best to you for your interview

Like a previous person stated, it depends on the interview.
For example, a lot of Finance (Investment Banking, Sales and Trading) and Accounting interviews ask you brainteasers to see how you think (you have to state every step of your thinking process out loud).
Consulting interviews often ask brainteasers and case study questions.
Always research the company before hand, and brush up on the technical aspects of the job you're interviewing for.
Also, as for questions, ask questions about growth within the firm, but don't ask anything too ambitious. Normally, I stay away from salary related questions, but I know people who have asked this.
Good luck.

questions varies depends on what kind of position you are applying for and what kind of company that is.
So there is no answer to your question.
Make sure you dress appropriately, give firm handshake and smile genuienly. Listen to question patiently and then answer them in a clam but affirmative manor.
