The best thing to use is spit. Yes, that's right, spit. Spit has natural enzymes that break down the plasma in blood. Just keep spitting on it and scrub with a damp cloth. Do not try any soap or detergent, the blood will set. If you run out of spit you can use some digestive enzymes, this is second choice. Third is automatic dish washer soap with enzymes. Make a slurry and scrub. This should take care of it.

Hydrogen peroxide is good, but it isn't as effective if the stain is set. The blood with bubble just like when it is applied to a scratch that is bleeding (or a scrape). It also disinfects.

try dawn dishwashing & touch of bleach. OR,
Buy a stain remover @ any drug store.
I soak mine over night In warm water & dish washing , & Then if its not out, ill think of what to do next. For Carpet? little baking Soda & dap of Perioxide.

Are you sure cleaning is your first priority?
soak the shirt in cold water then launder it as usual
Wash the wall with a bucket of soapy water and a sponge
rent a steam cleaner for the carpet
