With your My Pictures folder open right click on a picture and scroll down the list and find Open with .... then you'll see a list of software programs you have on your PC that will open and edit your pictures. Paint is used for editing purposes but not making slideshows. By checking out your other programs you'll find which ones will make a slideshow for you. There are more then one if your using Windows XP and if you have Microsoft Office 2003 that one works rather well also. The newer upgraded versions of Windows Movie Maker also allows you to make slideshows and insert title screens and some really neat transitions from one shot to the next as well. Also Irfanview is a free download you and try that edits pictures very well too.

Sure! Just save the various pictures naming them sequentially for convinience, then make a slideshow using a good picture viewer (to save a different file use like irfanview etc.)

You can use Windows Movie Maker if you have windows XP. Goto start, all programs and the last program listed should be Windows movie maker. Insert your pictures, music, captions, translations, and finalize it. It'll kick out a movie with your pix music and other misc items.
