okay i admit i have been very lazy 15-19 never had a job, no license i was just a complete bum, but now i'm about to turn the corner going to school in spring i work full time right now and have my license and really doing something with my life right now.. Is there really anything wrong to start doing all this things at the age of 20 instead of 17 the age most people do it...or it doenst matter as long as i do it?

Better late than never, and actually to be honest, nobody knows what they want to do at 17 years old. you are still young at 20, so getting your life on track now is a plus for you.. some people NEVER do what you are now doing.
