Of course it could have one, but why? DHCP is not on TCP/IP!

The TCP/IP connection can only be established once the DHCP transaction has occured.

Do an "ipconfig /all" in a command prompt window. If it says "Dhcp Enabled............Yes", then the line that has "DHCP Server" is the IP address of the DHCP server.

You have to now match the IP address with a server or box on your network, I don't know what sort of network you are in.
